Thank you for choosing Lolita Kawaii for your fashion needs. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return an item or request a refund. To address these needs, we've designed our policies to be transparent and easy to navigate:
Refund Policies:
We rigorously check the quality of our products before shipping, and our refund rate is below 1%. However, if you discover any issues with the quality of the dress or if an item has been missed upon arrival, upon verification, we offer two resolution options for you to choose from:
- We support returns within 30 days of arrival, under two scenarios:
- First, if the issue was caused by our oversight before the shipping(worry items), generally we will resend the item with free shipping to your adress after you provide the return shipping tracking number of the wrong product that you have received to ust.
- Second, if you opt for a return and request a refund in the case of your own reasons (For example, I don't like it, I choose the wrong size, it doesn't fit, etc), you will need to cover the shipping cost, which ranges from $7 to $30 depending on the weight of the item.
- Third, if the problem is due to the inherent quality of our product (not caused by human factors), the return cost will be fully covered by LolitaKawaii. Under this condition, you are required to ensure that the dress has not been used or washed and that the tags are intact.
All refunds will be processed and returned to your bank card, credit card, or other payment methods within 24 hours (including holidays) after we receive the returned item and verify that there are no quality issues.
About Refund:- Full Refund Promise: Should you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours before we have started processing it, we assure you of a full refund.
- 65% Refund for Pre-orders: If your pre-order has been processed, a 65% refund is available. Pre-sale products need to wait for about 15-30 days because they are new design and need to be made, we will remind you by email that the product has been made and shipped, please feel free to pay attention to our notice.
- No Cancellations After Dispatch: We're unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
- Timely Refund Process: Expect your will receive your refund within 4 business days after we've processed your request.
- Refund to Your Payment Method: We'll refund you using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Return Condition: (Must Read)
- Ensure items are in their pristine condition: unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- Items must come back with all original tags and packaging.
- Items returned without their original security tag, or with a damaged tag, may see delays in refunds or may not qualify for a refund.
- Footwear returns must include the original, undamaged shoe box. Note that a fee applies if the shoe box is missing.
- Please remember: Shipping and handling fees are not subject to refunds. COD returns might be refused, or the COD cost deducted from your refund.
- Items on clearance are final sale and not subject to returns or exchanges.
Changing Your Order’s Delivery Address
If there's a need to alter the shipping address for your order, please contact us immediately BEFORE your order ships out. Changing your address in your personal account does not automatically update your order's shipping details.
