Free shipping on orders over USD 69. Customs duties, where they apply, are paid by the customer.

- In-stock items: return within 30 days of delivery, unworn with tags attached. You pay the return shipping unless the item is wrong or defective.
- Pre-orders: cancel within 24 hours for a full refund; once in production a 65% refund is available.
- Limited editions, made-to-order and customized pieces cannot be returned once production has started, except for quality defects. Deposits are non-refundable.
